Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 within eligible shipping locations.

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier’s tracking page.

Orders valued over $800 per person per day may be subject to additional import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

We strive to deliver your order on time, but delays due to customs, weather, or high order volume may occur. If your package is delayed, please check your tracking details or contact us for assistance.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and all major credit/debit cards through Shopify Payments. All transactions are securely processed for a safe and seamless checkout experience.

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase and before processing begins. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Our fulfillment team works quickly to process orders, so the cancellation window is limited. If your order is already being processed, we recommend waiting for delivery and initiating a return within 7 days if the item is eligible.

To request a cancellation, please email support@amihugs.com with your order number as soon as possible.

A declined payment may be due to:

• Incorrect card details
• Insufficient funds
• Bank security restrictions

Try using a different payment method or contact your bank for assistance.

We accept returns for U.S. orders only. International orders cannot be returned at this time.

To be eligible for a return:

• ✔ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging (including the clear garment bag with SKU label).
• ✔ Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery (as per tracking status).
• ✔ Once approved, the package must be shipped back within 7 days.
• ✔ Exchanges are not accepted—only refunds will be processed.
