AmiHugs Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your cancellation request.

• Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase and before processing begins.
• Once an order is in processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
• Our warehouse works quickly to fulfill orders, so the cancellation window is brief.

To request a cancellation, please email support@amihugs.com with your order number as soon as possible. If cancellation is no longer available, we recommend waiting for delivery and initiating a return within 7 days if the item is eligible.
