Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us Promptly: Email us at support@amihugs.com as soon as possible after placing your order. Provide your order details, including the order number and the reason for cancellation.
  2. Cancellation Window: 24 hours, Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. We process orders quickly, so it's important to notify us promptly.
  3. Cancellation Confirmation: We will respond to your cancellation request within 24 hours to confirm whether the order can be canceled.


Refund for Canceled Orders

If your order is successfully canceled within the allowed timeframe, we will process a refund to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card company's processing time.

Post-Shipment Cancellations

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you decide to cancel an order after it has been shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.

Exceptions

Please note that certain items may not be eligible for cancellation, particularly if they are custom-made, or personalized. These items are often processed and shipped very quickly, and their production may have already begun.\
