We want you to love your shopping experience with AmiHugs! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a smooth return process. Please review our policy carefully before initiating a return.

Eligibility for Returns (U.S. Orders Only)

Currently, we only accept returns for orders shipped to U.S. customers. Orders shipped outside the U.S. are non-returnable.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging (including the clear garment bag with SKU label).
  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date (as per tracking status).
  • After submitting a return request, the package must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.
  • Exchanges are not accepted—only refunds will be processed.

If your order was shipped in multiple packages, the return window starts from the final package’s delivery date.

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Beauty products
  • Bodysuits
  • Face masks
  • Intimates & lingerie
  • Jewelry
  • Swimwear
  • Openpack wholesale orders

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a shipping error or a defective item.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Returns that do not meet our criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or declined entirely.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Follow the instructions on our Return Center page to request a return authorization.
  2. If eligible, you will receive return instructions, including a return authorization number.
  3. Securely pack the items and ship them to the provided return address within 7 days of approval.

Processing Time & Refunds

  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned package.
  • Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
